Additional fees for A/V ($25/hour). Upright Piano ($60). Baby Grand Piano ($100). Custodians ($45/person/hour). Technicians ($45/person/hour). Student Techs ($15/person/hour). Costs reflect rental of spaces only. Personnel and equipment costs will be added as per agreement for Categories, II, III, IV, V.

Click on "request facility use" to create and submit an application for the Auditorium. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 7 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 12/31/2024.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Jordan staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your facility use is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal facility use agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your facility use is confirmed and you are set for your event.
